Shinhotaka Ropeway is located in Okuhida Onsenkyo, Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, and is a tourist spot where you can easily enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Northern Alps. You can enjoy a 3.2km aerial walk to Nishihotakaguchi Station, located at an altitude of 2,156m, by changing between two ropeways, including the only two-story gondola in Japan.

Hot springs, restaurants, and promenades are available at stations along the way, making it popular with tourists and climbers.
